It was just off the Parque, castle, museum as well as the the largest shopping mall, particularly good location overall. My room included a Nespresso machine and an iron.

The breakfast is excellent and good, and the location is excellent not far from the expo and many eateries outside and restaurants, business and transportation options and downtown and touristc areas. It offers excellent service.

Thoroughly enjoyed a Nespresso coffee machine and an iron in the room. The bathroom was nice, it was nice to have roll in showers. We had goodies and coffee at Neimans, it was located extremely close to the venue.

The hotel is conveniently located in a mall, making it easy to access various amenities such as shops and restaurants. The restaurant on the ground level offers delicious food, and the staff is always helpful, especially when it comes to arranging taxis for trips to the convention center.

There were occasional issues with the temperature control in the rooms, which made it uncomfortable at times.

Marvellous and brilliant location in the financial district, excellent breakfast. Based near to restaurants, business and transportation options, and the expo and many eateries outside.

Conveniently located near the Banamex Convention Center, making it ideal for business travelers. The hotel is clean and safe, providing a comfortable environment. The meeting room service was excellent, ensuring a pleasant experience for our group. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel for a satisfactory stay.

The value for money at this hotel was great! The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and had excellent air conditioning. The location in Santa Fe was perfect for my business needs and the staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful tips for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, offering a great start to the day.

Every time in Mexico City we stay in this hotel. The rooms are functional and modern, the venue is perfect! Excellent and good breakfast with a savoury food is available. All in all they offer great service.
